Françoise is passionate about making biscuits and sells her own flaky pastry cookies in the centre of Bourg d'Oisans.

In 2022, I set myself a new challenge: to make artisanal sweet and savory cookies, using as many local products as possible. For the record, Le feuilleté represents the geological strata visible on most of the Oisans mountains. It also refers to a cookie... hence my wink
