The Gendarmerie is located at the entrance to the village of La Grave (coming from Briançon) on your right, just after the Town Hall.
The French Gendarmerie is a responsible armed force in charge of police missions under the supervision of the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Defense. Unlike the police, its members are military.
