Climbing:
From 6 years old, learn to move vertically by optimising your hand and foot holdss and your movements. Learn safety techniques.
If you already know the basics, you can improve your skills by climbing as a lead climber, installing a top-rope.
You are welcome, whether you want to learn the techniques of the "grande voie" or simply want to be guided.
Via ferrata:
Gain height quickly on specially equipped routes. Overlook the Vénéon while admiring the glaciers. Cross dizzying footbridges and climb up and up.
This is a great introduction to the delights of climbing.

Canyonning:
The Vénéon valley is home to some magnificent canyons. The routes are classified "sportif", so it's a good idea already have some experience under your belt. The canyonning involves swimming, abseiling and water slides. A good level of fitness is required.
The canyons are fed by melting glaciers, so the ideal period is from mid-August.
