Sylvain JOSSERAND took over the bakery at the end of October 2016. Since then, he's been working as a family, offering artisan breads, special breads, viennoiseries and cakes every day. He also offers macaroons, chocolates and, for the holidays, buches, galette des rois, Easter chocolates...To order, he can make cakes, pièces montées, mini viennoiseries...
