Individual lesson
Description
The individual course allows you to discover and explore Yoga through an adjusted personal practice.
Through this approach I listen to the dynamics and energetic atmosphere that arises at the moment of the meeting. Then I tailor my support exactly to the needs of the person. The practice focuses on the body, breathing and mind. At the end of the lesson, a prop is transferred to continue alone until the next lesson. (this approach can complement an exercise in a group class)
Princing
One price: 60 €.
First meeting 60€, 50€ following lesson
(for people already in class with me, the first meeting is 50€)
Commitment package 5 sessions: €200 (i.e. €40 per session).
