Apartment in a very quiet, two-star tourist residence in a typical mountain village in the Meije area, facing the Ecrins National Park, near the Col du Lautaret.

Pleasant 2-room 40 m² apartment for 6 people with north-east-facing balcony on 2nd floor without elevator. It offers a mountain view. It comprises : A bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). Closed sleeping area with 2 single bunk beds. A living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people, a TV, a kitchenette equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. Parking at the foot of the residence. Ski locker. All beds are equipped with comforters and pillows.

Passenger access: inaccessible to people with reduced mobility.

Laundry access: washing machine and dryer in the residence's RCH near the reception room.

Other comments :

Rentals are by the night (2 nights minimum) and by the week (every day of the week).

Bed and bathroom linen rental: 8€ per person per stay.

A rental contract is drawn up between the Lessor and the Tenant.

Arrivals are from 16H00.
Departures between 8.00 am and 10.00 am at the latest.

We will send you the access codes for the residence and your apartment (key box) by sms after payment of the balance of the reservation and the deposit of 100 € it will be returned within 8 days if no damage or deterioration is found, and if the accommodation is returned in good condition of cleanliness to the inventory of fixtures.

A tourist tax of 0.77 € (for the year 2024) per adult per night will be charged.

Overnight: 95 to 125 €.
