• 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160 cm), one of which has a French window opening onto the second balcony-terrace furnished with two deck chairs.

At street level, at the rear of the building there is a private garage providing secure storage for bicycles and other sports equipment. The garage has bike racks, a track pump, buckets and sponges and all the essential tools you may need for your bikes. Outside the building there is space to wash bikes.
