A large 3-storey house, full of character, in the centre of Bourg d'Oisans with a garden and a view of the river "la Rive". This traditional 180 m² house can accommodate 12 people and provides all the comfort guests need for a pleasant stay.

This traditional house is in a prime location, 150 m from the central square, where shows and concerts take place in the summer, 500 m from the municipal open-air swimming pool, 300 m from the Casino supermarket and 1km from the foot of the climb up to Alpe d'Huez.

Bourg d'Oisans is the base camp for exploring and discovering the unspoilt Oisans region, whether on foot (thanks to the 900 km of marked trails) or by bike with the ascent of the mythical passes, such as Col de la Croix de Fer, Glandon and Galibier.

Not far away, you can also enjoy climbing, via ferrata, white water sports and mountaineering.

The house is surrounded by a huge fenced garden with a view of the mountains.
There is plenty of space to park your car on the property, and there are also free parking spaces right in front of the house.

A nice terrace, furnished in summer, and a barbecue are perfect for enjoying drinks and meals outside.

The ground floor has:

• a closed and secured garage to store your skis and bikes. Tools for bike maintenance are also available.
• a laundry room with a tumble dryer and washing machine

On the first floor:

• a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Godin gas cooker, etc.
• a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and a light and airy open-plan dining room. Through the window you can see the Alpe d'Huez!
• a small entrance hall with a collection of books.

On the second floor:

• 3 twin bedrooms
• a bathroom with shower and bath
• 1 separate toilet

The third and final floor has:

• a double room with a 140 cm bed
• a quadruple room with 4 single beds
• a bathroom with shower and toilet

All rooms have storage space.

Cleaning fee at the end of your stay: 75 €.
