It includes a fully-equipped kitchenette (electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, raclette machine), a dining area with lounge/dining room, and a mountain area with two bunk beds (blankets, pillows and bolsters provided).
The living room has a pull-out sofa bed, TV and DVD player. Separate bathroom and WC for added comfort.

Christmas vacations (2 weeks) and winter vacations (4 weeks): €700 / week

From 06/12/2025 to 16/12/2026, excluding school vacations: €500 / week

Possibility of renting by the night.
Tourist tax not included.
