Comfortable and well-equipped apartment of 75 m², on the first floor of an old house completely renovated with a large south-facing terrace and a west-facing balcony.
You will not be at the foot of the slopes (5 minutes by car from a chairlift serving the resort of Les 2 Alpes) BUT you will enjoy a typical environment of Oisans, direct access to the outside and the small pedestrian streets of the village, a splendid view of the massifs, reserved parking spaces.
This accommodation has an entrance on the terrace side, completely independent from the owners who occupy the rest of the house.

Large fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) and dining room connected to a living room by a sliding bay window with convertible sofa, TV room.
Large master bedroom (160 cm bed) with private shower room, WC, storage, office area and RJ45 socket opening onto a balcony, very sunny.

Resort access and activities
The hamlet is at the end of a small dead end road 2 km from Mont-de-Lans.
The resort of Les Deux Alpes is 7 km away but it is possible to access it by chairlift from Mont-de-Lans (free of charge for pedestrians). A ski slope descends from the station under the chairlift.
Many routes on foot or by bike start directly from the house in different directions
Rental of skis, bicycles and shops at the resort.

Benefits
The beds will be made on your arrival, all household linen: towels, table towels, tea towels, toiletries, cleaning products, iron, hair dryer will be provided. In the kitchen, some basic products (spices, salt, vinegar, oil) will be available as well as a raclette machine!
A washing machine can be used occasionally at the owners.
