House of Maronne

Family home in the middle of a snow-covered mountain pasture, 100 m from the Auris ski slopes or off-piste. Located in the hamlet of Maronne, in the commune of La Garde, facing south-west, in a peaceful setting with splendid views.

The house features a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove, opening onto the garden and alpine pastures. On the first floor, you'll also find a first bathroom with a small bathtub and a first bedroom with a sofa and a double bed. On the second floor, you'll find a convenient dormitory with 6 beds, including one double. A second bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and balcony also make up this level.

The garden is planted with trees and flowers, and features a swing and children's games, a large table for ten or so people, and a number of reels set out for aperitifs or snacks as the sun sets.

There's also a cellar for storing bikes or skis.

Huez and Auris can be reached in 1 hour by foot. Le Bourg-d'Oisans, with all its amenities, is a 20-minute drive away.

Auris-en-Oisans offers downhill mountain biking, archery, a swimming pool and a wide range of activities in summer and winter.

In the village of Huez, you can take the free ski lifts in summer and winter to reach the Alpe d'Huez resort.

Numerous walks are possible, with a stream in the nearby forest for huts and the Sarenne gorges 30 minutes away, with basins for bathing in summer.
