250 m² of living space on three levels, renovated with respect for tradition, spacious and atypical with beautiful spaces and a magnificent sunny location.

Ground floor: entrance hall, 22 m² kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double beds), stone bathroom, toilet, storeroom.

First floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with additional single bed.
50 m² living room with sofa bed.

2 mezzanines:
-one 30 m² with dormitory orientation,
one 40 m² with balcony and south-facing bay window, for games and reading.

Heating - comfort: 2 x water heaters, tiled living room with electric floor heating and wood-burning stove.
Electric ceiling heaters in the large bathroom, entrance hall, one of the bedrooms and on the mezzanines.
Radiators in the other 3 bedrooms. Wood, coal and radiator stove in kitchen.
Combined gas and electric stove with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, toaster and coffee maker.
