Carefully renovated with quality natural materials, this 30m2 studio comprises a large living area serving as kitchen, lounge and dining room, a sleeping area and a bathroom/WC. The fully-equipped kitchen features a glass-ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and plenty of storage space. In the living room, a BZ (140x200) comfortably sleeps 2, while the modular dining area can accommodate 2 to 6 people. The sleeping area can be separated from the rest of the studio by a sliding partition, with a 160x200 bed perched on a low wall and plenty of storage space underneath. The bathroom/WC is equipped with a shower. Very well insulated, this studio boasts heated oak parquet floors, making it comfortable even in bare feet.
