Detached house next to the owner's house. Total surface area of 30m2, not including the second level under the rafters. Sleeps up to 4, ideally a couple with two children (they'll love the attic space). Mountain and country atmosphere, calm and serenity guaranteed. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and Romanche valley.

Composition:
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with dining table, chairs, sofa and stove. Next door you'll find a comfortable kitchen with washing machine, fridge, extractor fan, oven and microwave, coffee maker and kettle. You'll have access to the garden, with garden furniture and barbecue.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and access to a balcony, ideal for a couple.
On the same floor, a bathroom and toilet.
On the 2nd floor, the attic has been converted to accommodate 2 people with 2 single beds.

You'll have access to a terrace and barbecue in the garden.

Summer activities: hiking, climbing, mountaineering, summer skiing at Les Deux Alpes, rafting in the Vénéon valley.
Winter activities: ski touring, skiing at Les Deux Alpes, snowshoeing on site, ice climbing.
Shops: grocery store, restaurants in the village 2 km away.
The little extra: the owner offers free maps and topos, and will spend some time with you on arrival to tell you all about the best places to stay.
